  • How can I be sure that Wellness Garden has received my reseverance?
  • Is the Wellness Garden an Adults only accommodation ?
    The Wellness Garden has an "adults only" policy. This way we can guarantee the tranquility and relaxation experience of all our guests. Of course, you can stay in our accommodation(s) with your children if they are over 18 years old.
  • Are pets allowed in the Wellness Garden?
    In the Wellness Garden we love all kinds of (domestic) animals. However, from a hygienic point of view but also because of noise pollution, we unfortunately cannot allow pets. This policy applies to all pets large and small.
  • How can I contact the Wellness Garden?
    We are available by phone daily from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. You can always send us an email or leave a message using our contact form.

    If you have placed a booking through a booking portal, they will handle it. In case of a cancellation or rebooking, you should contact the relevant party.

  • What are the cancellation policies and until when can I cancel free of charge?
    You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 1 month prior to your arrival. Up to 7 days before arrival, a 50% cancellation fee of the room rate applies. Within 7 days of arrival, no refunds or rescheduling are possible. If you booked directly through Wellness-tuin.nl, we will be happy to accommodate your requests. Please send an email to welcome@wellness-tuin.nl. Cancellations and/or rescheduling requests are only accepted via email. If you booked through a booking portal such as booking.com, origineelovernachten.nl, Vipio.nl, or AirBNB.com, they will handle your booking and/or cancellation or rescheduling. The terms and conditions of the respective portal apply to your booking, and any refunds will be processed by that platform.
  • Are all wellness facilities private?
    Your stay includes private wellness facilities. Which these are exactly is different for each accommodation. On the website at room details you can see this. In the large garden are common wellness facilities that you can use as desired.
  • Is swimwear mandatory?
    Bathrobe is generally not worn in the Wellness Garden but you are of course free to do so. In the common garden and areas, wearing a bathrobe is preferred.
  • Can I obtain food and drinks at the Wellness Garden?
    Yes! We have a mini bar near the terrace that is open 24/7. Here you can find various drinks and snacks at affordable prices. We also have a menu card with fresh pizza, extensive drinks board and various delicacies from the region. The kitchen is open from 09.00 to 19.00 and according to when the reception is staffed.
  • Are there any special packages for a complete stay?
    We offer an all-inclusive package. This includes a minimum of two nights’ stay, with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and a platter of appetizers on your first night. On your second night, you’ll receive a bottle of wine and two pizzas of your choice. Breakfast is also included in the package. Prices vary by season, weekdays, and weekends. Please contact us to discuss your options. Let us take care of everything and pamper you.
  • Is there a possibility of booking additional treatments such as massages?
    The Wellness Garden has deliberately chosen not to include such treatments on the program. We want the couples who visit the Wellness Garden to be in contact as a couple and therefore particularly welcome the opportunity to give each other that care and attention to get even closer to each other without a third party. The focus and attention for each other is what the Wellness Garden is all about. We try to stimulate this wherever possible. Thus we have in our partner connect-box already prepared massage oil for you and at the reception are "pamper moment packets" available which you apply to each other. This is a very nice and connecting experience.
  • What is the benefit of 1 or more nights?
    To fully relax and really let go, we advise our guests to stay at least 2 nights in the Wellness Garden. If you stay 1 night we advise you not to leave the premises. This will allow you to take full advantage of the wellness facilities included in your stay and allow yourself a complete moment of relaxation and tranquility in serene surroundings.
  • Are there accommodations that can accommodate more than one person?
    Our Desert Rose and Amazon Lodge accommodations are suitable for 2 to 4 people. These are detached vacation homes featuring a private garden, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. There is a spacious double bed on the upper floor and a comfortable lounge bed on the ground floor. Our Hunting Lodge and Boudoir Suites are designed exclusively for 2 people.
  • Can I purchase and redeem a gift or voucher?
    Yes you can! At the Wellness Garden, you can purchase gift certificates. You can personalize these with any amount of your choice. Furthermore, you can redeem already obtained discount codes and gift certificates on the payment page of our yard website. This way you give a nice gift to a relation. The customer books himself and decides the day and duration of his stay.
  • Can I pay for the booking on the spot?
    Wellness Garden only accepts bookings through the website. This is to be sure of the booking and purchase. If you would like assistance with booking you can always call us at +31 (0) 85 999 1144.
  • Your data and privacy
    The Wellness Garden is committed to security regarding our guests' data. We use your personal data to make our service as fast and convenient as possible. Once you have made a reservation, your personal data will only be made available to Wellness Tuin Horst.
  • Where can I park?
    We have ample parking spaces on our own property. You can park your car right at the entrance to the Wellness Garden free of charge. Please connect your car properly so that the parking spaces can be utilized to the fullest.
  • What time are the check-in and check-out times?
    In the Jachthut Suite and Boudoir Suite, you can check in from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, you can check out until 11:00 AM. In the Amazon Lodge and Desert Rose Lodge, check-in is at 4:00 PM. On the day of departure, you may check out until 12:00 PM. If desired and possible, you may extend your stay with an early check-in and/or late check-out. The cost for an extension is €17.50 per hour. Extensions via the website are only available in 2-hour increments (€40.00). You can select this upgrade during the booking process. You can also always send us an email (welcome@wellness-tuin.nl) to add the upgrade. Late check-out and early check-in are always subject to availability. If you do not hear from us, the upgrade is generally available and has been added. We consider these hours as additional use of the wellness facilities, which is why there is an extra charge. You can make your stay even more special, turning a night in the Wellness Garden into a mini-vacation.
